Jaycee Park is for the sporty residents of Troy, with multiple fields and courts throughout its 45 acres. You can find two baseball and softball diamonds, two full-size and six small soccer fields, a sand volleyball court, and a gaga ball court. For the kids, there are also two barrier-free play structures. Like most community parks in Troy, Jaycee park has areas for picnicking, as well as benches to relax on. There are also indoor restrooms open during the park’s operating hours and a paved parking lot. On your visit to Jaycee Park, you can also drop off or discover a new book for free, at the Little Free Library.
Jaycee Park also has walking trails for a scenic stroll or if you want to get some exercise. There are no rules posted against bringing your pets to the park, as long as you have them on a leash and clean up after them. You can also bring your pets on the park’s walking trails. Jaycee Park is located at 1755 E Long Lake Rd, Troy, MI 48085. The park’s opening hours are from sunrise to sunset, other than sports games and matches played after dark. The entrance to the park is free, and it’s not fenced in. You’ll easily find parking at Jaycee Park with a paved lot that accommodates over 200 vehicles. Near the picnic shelter, there are also grills you can use for a cookout, and you contact park management at 248-524-3484 about reserving the shelter for events.
