It is our sincere hope that this correspondence finds you and your family healthy & safe during these difficult times!  

In order to foster full transparency, we have chosen to reach out to discuss how Pure Energy is navigating the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) throughout our community.

We understand that you, like the many hardworking men and woman that support the day to day operations at Pure Energy, will probably be spending more time indoors over the next few weeks. This is a family business and our workers are part of a larger Pure Energy family! In the interest of their health and safety along with the orders given by the governors of Michigan and Ohio, we have decided to take the following steps:


We have taken steps to continue to provide our customers with FREE CONSULTATIONS. By clicking here you will be able to connect with a member of our Senior Sales Staff to setup a video conference from the comfort of your own home using a FREE web-based application called Zoom. You will be able to connect with us via your computer, laptop, desktop, tablet or even your cell phone.  


In accordance with the Governor’s orders, and for the safety of you and our installation crews, we are postponing any scheduled installations between March 24th and April 13th, 2020. Pure Energy stands behind everything we install in the communities we serve. In accordance with the Governor’s orders, and for the safety of you, our customer, and our experienced Service Technicians, we have decided to postpone all Pure Energy service appointments scheduled between March 24th and April 13th, 2020.

Our professional measure team takes pride in ensuring that the measurements for your new custom Pure Energy products are accurate. To ensure everyone’s safety, our measure technicians will postpone any scheduled measure appointments between March 24th and April 13th, 2020. We ask for your patience as we attempt to reach out to you. If you recently purchased Pure Energy products, the timing of your measure appointment will take a bit longer than our normal process; however, we will contact you in the coming weeks to schedule those appointments once the Executive Order has been lifted.


Most of Pure Energy’s manufacturing partners have been deemed “essential businesses” under the Executive Order issued by the Governor. So, while the Pure Energy offices are being remotely ran by our team members, your soon to be installed Pure Energy products are still moving through the production process. We will be in touch on or before April 14th to begin rescheduling installations.
